Bizarreland Reversed Realities

Cameroon: a place of natural wealth in all its splendour; be it the people, their cultures, the soil, the geographical position and minerals under our feet. All these glorious citations of the country's possessions make Cameroonians estimate their country as dreamland.
Now, with our characteristic political elite, things look more like bizarre land, if not, horrorland. The uncountable number of mischiefs and misconducts perpetrated by these alien kind of politicians has brought inside-out and incomprehensible social situations in the country. Thus, a reverse theory.
As a result of longtime research and experience, it has come out clear that in the field of Education, a bizarre but fascinating situation is happening in the country. It starts that a great number of our big politicians and government functionaries have proven to be prompt to buy and produce false diplomas and certificates for their children when it comes to getting them a well-paid job in government owned companies, agencies, the police, and even the army. Obviously producing incompetent and worthless staff.
In the country, it has come out clear that those persons who foster their Education to higher levels (doctorate degree and professor) are children of the poor, trampled and devalued citizens.
A very high percentage of children from very rich and influencial family backgrounds have educational qualifications (approximate to the nearest decimal point). That is, officially recognized as not being the fruit of his or her intellectual labour.
Despite all the wealth their parents have accumulated, these spoilt children school halfway. Yet, they are the same who find themselves in top ranking places and are given posts of responsibilies in our country's administration.
On the other side, I have seen many poor parents sell their land and other belongings to permit their children go for further education. Even if it does take many sacrifices for an entire family. And so, it has now become a scientific fact over here that (in a very large percentage, only people from poor family backgrounds go for straightforward prolonged studies up to doctorate degree and beyond). Not children with rich parents.
Though the high costs of prolonged education, why this situation?
This is so because these young boys and girls from poor parents dream of a brighter future where they will be taken as university lecturers. Because, at the university level, though there exist corruption, nepotism and favouritism, a minimum of intellectual knowhow is needed before one gets a job as lecturer. And, it is known by the masses that the children of our big politicians and other rich functionaries rarely take their time and go in for prolonged schooling. Knowing that their "papa" or "mama" can provide them with shortcuts.
